Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee one major client account and drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction across shifts in Columbus, Ohio.

The role includes payroll forecasting, scheduling, and maintaining service standards while building strong client relationships and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service.
• Ability to plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one Tier 3 or 4 assigned account and drive financial management, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.
• Forecast payroll and manage scheduling, overtime, timekeeping, and related controls.
• Ensure client service standards are integrated and consistently delivered across shifts.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities to upgrade services.
• Maintain compliance with Towne Park policies and safety procedures.
