MSD is seeking a Vaccine Customer Representative (VCR) to support healthcare providers with clinical information, education, and resources for MSD’s vaccine portfolio. You will focus on maximizing contract performance, reimbursement insights, and adherence to quality programs to help increase immunization rates.

The role requires strong relationship-building, analytical skills, and effective communication with diverse healthcare stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years sales experience or equivalent experience.
Strong ability to build trust with customers and demonstrate value in selling situations.
Able to segment customers and tailor strategies to drive immunization outcomes.
Know-how to develop territory plans and leverage data to drive results.
Comfort with presenting to diverse healthcare audiences and handling objections.

Responsabilités

Engage in balanced vaccine sales presentations with HCPs and healthcare professionals in line with labeling and guidelines.
Provide customers with information on reimbursement and contract performance improvements.
Keep up-to-date on clinical, product, and market knowledge through company materials and events.
Conduct quarterly business reviews to educate customers on optimal contract use and outcomes.
Support education efforts to improve immunization rates within assigned territory.
Monitor performance against objectives using company tools and develop territory plans.
