Job summary

Panhandle Getaways is seeking a driven Business Development Manager / Account Executive to expand its vacation rental portfolio across Destin, 30A, and the Forgotten Coast. You’ll leverage brand strength and an existing footprint to acquire new properties and develop relationships, while building an autonomous, high-impact sales engine.

In this foundational role, you’ll shape how we attract owners, manage pipelines, and scale the portfolio with mentorship from seasoned pros in vacation rentals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales, business development, or AE roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue vacation rental property owners and opportunities.
• Prospect via real estate agents, brokers, builders, investors, and owners.
• Outreach via calls, email, mail, events, and in-person meetings.
• Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Design targeted email campaigns to engage owners.
• Maintain a strong presence at local events and networking opportunities.
• Present PM solutions, revenue projections, and performance strategies.
• Educate owners on maximizing rental income, occupancy, and asset value.
• Guide owners through the onboarding process.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; track activity.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from first touch to signed contract.
• Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations.
• Ensure a seamless transition from deal to onboarding and launch.
• Establish yourself as a local expert in vacation rental management.
