Job summary

Prime Vacations is a leading vacation rental management company on Florida’s Gulf Coast, managing 1,000+ homes across Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, and Bradenton markets. We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to grow our owner portfolio by sourcing, pitching, and closing new owner agreements.

You will work with a high-performing team, leveraging a data-driven sales process, HubSpot, and a collaborative cross-functional approach to drive revenue growth and maintain strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, including quota-carrying roles.
• Strong track record of meeting revenue targets in consultative sales.
• Experience with CRM-driven selling and pipeline reporting.
• Ability to present revenue projections and competitive data to homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Florida markets.

Responsibilities

• Own your personal sales pipeline end to end: lead generation, qualification, pitch, proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
• Prospect for opportunities across Florida markets: Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, Bradenton.
• Lead multichannel sourcing with real estate relationships, owner referrals, and outbound campaigns.
• Conduct property visits and meetings; use data-driven projections to support a value-based pitch.
• Close owner agreements meeting quality standards and terms.
• Represent Prime professionally to homeowners, realtors, and associations.
