Seabrook Hospitality is seeking a diligent Zone Manager to oversee a designated cluster of vacation rental properties. You will act as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring timely updates and satisfaction while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness.

The role blends office and fieldwork, supervising housekeeping and maintenance teams, coordinating repairs, and driving consistent operations across properties within the zone.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for property owners in the designated zone.
• Build and maintain relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Inspect rentals post-departure for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure guest-ready properties.
• Coordinate repairs or cleaning to prepare for guests.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Lead and support team members to uphold standards.
• Implement quality controls and checklists for inspections.
• Collaborate with other zones and departments for smooth operations.
• Provide guidance on property presentation and amenities.
