Seabrook Hospitality is seeking a diligent Zone Manager to oversee a designated zone of vacation rental properties. You will ensure appearance, inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience across a portfolio of homes, balancing office and fieldwork with a focus on exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires coordinating with property owners and internal teams, conducting inspections, managing schedules, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Attention to detail and high cleanliness/maintenance standards
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Responsabilités

• Act as main contact for property owners within the designated zone
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners
• Conduct post-departure inspections for cleanliness and maintenance
• Perform pre-arrival inspections to ensure properties are guest-ready
• Coordinate repairs or cleaning services as needed
• Supervise housekeeping staff and maintenance technicians
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members
• Develop and maintain checklists and quality control measures
• Collaborate with other Zone Managers and departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Meet with homeowners to showcase Seabrook rental program
• Coordinate with teams to resolve operational challenges
