Job summary

Seabrook Hospitality is seeking a diligent Zone Manager to oversee a designated portfolio within our community. You will be the main contact for property owners, coordinating maintenance, inspections, and guest readiness across vacation rental properties.

Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and maintenance staff, developing protocols, and collaborating with other zones to ensure smooth operations while upholding Seabrook standards and culture.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for property owners in the zone.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners to foster trust.
• Conduct inspections of rental properties post-departure for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Perform pre-arrival inspections to ensure properties are guest-ready.
• Coordinate repairs or cleaning services as needed to prepare properties for guests.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure quality cleaning schedules.
• Manage maintenance technicians and oversee repairs and upkeep.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold standards across properties.
• Develop checklists and protocols to streamline inspections.
• Collaborate with other Zone Managers to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Hold team members accountable through evaluations and feedback.
• Communicate with guest services to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Foster relationships with owners to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on property presentation and amenities to maximize rental potential.
• Maintain records of inspections and maintenance activities.
• Generate reports on property status and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Meet potential homeowners to promote Seabrook's rental program.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
