Job summary

VueStay Vacations by Casago is seeking a hospitality-focused operations supervisor in Oregon. You will lead a team, oversee daily property operations, and ensure guest and owner satisfaction while maintaining high standards.

You will travel between worksites, conduct property inspections, and collaborate with onboarding and budgeting efforts to optimize performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Technical computer skills on laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Frequent travel between worksites is essential.
• Dependable, prepared, and timely.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team.
• Comfortable communicating with guests and owners and representing the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring and evaluations.
• Manage daily operations of a portfolio of properties to optimize productivity.
• Provide cross-coverage for team and management.
• Conduct regular inspections before guest/owner arrivals.
• Respond to guest/owner concerns via email, calls and tickets.
• Build relationships with property owners and ensure maintenance.
• Meet company standards for NPS and unit appearance.
• Assist onboarding and budgeting for the portfolio.
