Job summary

Seabrook Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will handle reservations, payments, and inquiries while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless stays.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Manage check-in/check-out, reservations, payments, and data accuracy.
• Handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about amenities and local attractions.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications promptly.
• Address guest concerns promptly and seek effective solutions.
• Maintain records of guest information and financial transactions.
• Handle cash/credit transactions securely following procedures.
• Prepare daily reports and shift summaries for departments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless stays.
