Job summary

VueStay Vacations by Casago is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a portfolio of vacation homes and manage day-to-day operations across multiple markets. You will coach a team, inspect properties, and handle guest and owner inquiries to ensure a seamless stay experience.

You will travel between properties, maintain relationships with homeowners, and help meet performance metrics like NPS. A strong hospitality background and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels, hospitality, vacation or similar settings.
• Previous supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Comfort with technology across laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and guest relations.
• Willingness to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of employees through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of properties to optimize productivity and meet objectives.
• Provide cross-coverage for your team and management when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls and tickets.
• Develop relationships with property owners to ensure clean, well‑maintained homes.
• Meet company standards and metrics such as NPS and unit appearance.
• Assist budgeting for your portfolio and perform cost analyses.
• Partner with Onboarding team when new units join the portfolio.
• Assist recruiting processes with interviewing and onboarding new hires.
