Seaside Vacation Homes is seeking a Head Housekeeper / Team Manager to lead a multi-property housekeeping operation along the Oregon Coast. You will supervise 7–10 housekeepers, ensure timely check-ins, and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

This full-time role values coaching, accountability, and the ability to manage quality, productivity, and budgets across busy turnover days.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in hospitality or vacation rental settings.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop a team to meet standards.
