Job summary

Spinnaker Resorts seeks a Sales Representative to present and close vacation ownership sales and follow up with new owners.

Based at our Hilton Head Island location, you will maximize revenue, participate in team activities, and ensure policy compliance while focusing on inventory directed by Sales Management.

Strong communication, both written and oral, and the ability to work with diverse clients are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively deal with people and situations.

Responsibilities

• Maximizing sales revenue and VPG for Spinnaker Resorts
• Responsible for the closing of full down and pending deals with a target a 20% close rate
• Participate with Team building functions with the sales management
• Implementation and execution of Corporate policies and procedures as required
• Focus on specific inventory and product for sales purposes as directed by Sales Management
• Participate in weekly meetings and training as required with Sales teams
• Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner
