• Minimum 2 years of proven success in commission-based sales or a customer-facing sales environment.
• Experience presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and closing sales transactions.
• Ability to analyze financial information and discuss pricing, financing options, ROI, and ownership value.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Initial Paid Training covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
