Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Closing Specialist to assist owners/guests with experiences and ownership contracts, using upselling techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.

You will answer questions about properties, maintain contact records, support the Sales team, and ensure accurate contract paperwork, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reach overhead, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on owner information.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support follow-up opportunities.
• Advise Sales team on issues related to ownership contracts (e.g., titles, financing, pre-approval).
• Ensure that signed contract paperwork is accurate and contains all necessary information and documentation.
• Respond to Sales team requests related to contract status, such as additional information required, follow-up needed, or tracking.
• Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty, including up-selling.
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
