Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership in Washington state seeks a Sales Associate to convert prospective owners into purchasers through consultative sales. You will manage referrals, present properties, and guide contracts with attention to regulatory paperwork and financing options.

Weekend availability and a real estate license are required. Develop relationships with owners, reloads, and referrals while maintaining post-sale satisfaction and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English.
• Incumbent must maintain an active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• One-year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on owner information.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from owners.
• Fulfill requests from owners or prospects regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, etc.
• Contact owners to monitor satisfaction and develop opportunities (reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up.
• Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions and ensure timely closings.
• Follow Consultative Sales Process when presenting to owners and guests.
• Explain financing options and present ownership opportunities.
• Prepare for daily appointments and follow up with guests/owners via email, phone, or mail.

Education
