Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership in Town and Country, WA is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House to schedule sales presentations, deliver exceptional service, and help guests learn about our vacation products. You’ll work full-time, weekends required, with competitive hourly pay plus commissions and a training bonus for the first 10 weeks.

Ideal candidates bring sales or customer service experience, enjoy interacting with guests, and are comfortable with high energy environments.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will have sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening as per state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides exceptional service to exceed sales presentations and volume goals.
• Ensures attendees meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
• Uses persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
