Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; College coursework in business marketing or hospitality a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
Weekend, evening and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
Qualify leads and identify prospective buyers by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including sales activity and follow-up details.
Negotiate contracts with prospective customers.
Answer questions regarding credit terms, services, and prices while maintaining customer records.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
