Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a results-oriented sales associate to establish rapport with prospective and current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations while maintaining a positive attitude in a high-energy setting.

The role entails conducting face-to-face presentations at our resort-based sales centers, working with prequalified leads provided by the company, and engaging in ongoing advanced sales training to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience equivalent to education requirement acceptable in lieu of education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Present and close sales in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Attend training sessions and stay current on sales information and industry trends.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and proper closing techniques.
