Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Frontline Sales Representative to introduce prospective owners to the vacation ownership experience through engaging, consultative presentations.

This high-energy, commission-driven role emphasizes building relationships, closing sales, and helping customers see the value and lifestyle benefits of ownership. Successful candidates are confident communicators with a proven track record in sales, capable of thriving in a target-driven environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in commission-based or performance-driven sales.
• Proven ability to build rapport, influence decisions and close sales.
• Strong verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve goals.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with qualified, company-provided prospects through scheduled appointments with no cold calling.
• Conduct face-to-face presentations at resort locations and sales centers.
• Build rapport and establish trust by understanding travel habits and vacation preferences.
• Communicate benefits and value of vacation ownership through tailored presentations.
• Use consultative selling to identify needs, overcome objections and close sales.
• Generate new owner sales while meeting or exceeding performance goals.
