Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is looking for a proactive sales professional to present vacation ownership options at our resort sales centers in Hawaii.

You will build rapport with prospective owners and clearly articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations and Travel + Leisure Co., while meeting performance goals. The role includes initial paid training, a potential Hawaii real estate license, and opportunities for commissions and bonuses as you grow in a high-energy, luxury sales

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Hawaii Real Estate license or ability to obtain one.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Initial paid training covering the sales process and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in sales centers.
• Build rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
• Explain benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co.
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and closing.
• Attend ongoing sales and career training; meet performance goals.
