Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing professional in Hawaii to convert prospective owners into purchasers and reload opportunities. You will build relationships, follow up on referrals, and guide clients through the sales contract process while maintaining excellent customer care.

You will engage in consultative selling, present tours and property details, and coordinate financing options to align with client vacation needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Hawaii Real Estate License required where mandated by law.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer base and follow up on referrals.
• Answer owner questions regarding properties and amenities and tailor recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from owners and fulfill requests on pricing, maps, and descriptions.
• Monitor contract processing to minimize rescissions and ensure timely closings.
• Present and explain products, travel benefits, financing options and close sales contracts.
• Practice and improve sales scripts and presentations.
