Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Sales Executive to convert prospective owners into purchasers and reload owners through referrals and targeted follow-ups. You will tailor the sales experience to each owner and guide paperwork to completion, while maintaining post-sale relationships for future opportunities.

The role offers $30.00 hourly rate plus commission and requires weekends/holidays as needed to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must hold an active Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Responsibilities

• Answer owner questions about use of properties and amenities and provide recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from owners.
• Fulfill requests on pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Contact owners to monitor satisfaction and promote promotions or reloads.
• Maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow-up opportunities.
• Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission and ensure timely closings.
