Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking an energized Sales Executive to convert leads into purchasers and maintain relationships with owners. The role offers an hourly rate of $30 plus commission and requires an active Real Estate License where required by law, with weekend and holiday availability as needed.

Responsibilities include building a customer base, delivering sales presentations, handling contracts, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely closings.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Maintain an active Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain customer base by handling owner inquiries, referrals, and follow-up.
• Present sales opportunities through guided tours and tailored presentations.
• Process sales documents accurately and ensure timely closings.
• Provide post-sale service to owners to secure satisfaction and future opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to minimize cancellations and optimize conversions.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve effectiveness.
