Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Sales/Membership Executive to drive sales by using consultative techniques to convert prospective owners and reload existing owners. You will build relationships, manage referrals, and guide owners through the contract process to completion.

Responsibilities include building a customer base, delivering sales presentations, handling contract paperwork, and ensuring timely closings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in English.
Incumbent must maintain an active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
MVR check required for driving company golf carts.
Preferred: three years of related experience.
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a customer base by addressing owner questions and following up on referrals.
Conduct sales presentations and use consultative selling to align with owners' vacation needs.
Complete and secure all required paperwork and legal documents during the sale.
Manage and monitor contract processing to minimize rescissions and ensure timely closings.
Provide ongoing service to owners to nurture relationships and promote reloads and referrals.
Attend training, daily huddles, and team meetings; mentor other Sales/Membership Executives.
