Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with registrations, provide room rate quotes, and help guests explore the resort and surrounding attractions.

You will contribute to a warm, efficient front desk experience and ensure smooth checkout. You’ll balance cash, process transactions, reserve reservations, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with other departments to deliver hospitality with heart.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of guest services or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and confirm reservations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform money handling responsibilities.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and coordinate with other departments.
• Promote teamwork and quality service daily.
