Job summary

CLFC Consultants LLC is hiring entry-level, on-site Medical Support Assistants to support the Hampton VA Healthcare System. You will schedule veteran appointments, handle patient communications, and coordinate community care across VA facilities in the Hampton Roads region.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of customer service experience, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED. This is a federal healthcare contract role with on-site scheduling and performance-based

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn VA systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule veteran appointments for primary care, specialty clinics, and community care services.
• Verify demographic and clinical details; ensure data accuracy per contract standards.
• Document interactions in CPRS and VistA systems.
• Route referrals through HSRM and PPMS; track status to completion.
