Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education or GED equivalent.
• US citizenship
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience
• Type at least 50 WPM
• Able to pass a federal background investigation and obtain a PIV credential

Responsibilities

• Schedule veteran appointments for primary care, specialty clinics, and community care services; meet scheduling accuracy and timeliness standards.
• Conduct pre- and post-appointment communications with veterans and family members; verify demographic and clinical details to federal standards.
• Document patient interactions in CPRS and VistA per contract metrics.
• Route referrals through HSRM and PPMS; track status and escalate stalled referrals.
