Job summary

Zynex-Medical, Inc. is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven professional to lead clinical education and drive therapy adoption across VA facilities.

You will build relationships with VA clinical teams, service line leaders, and administrative decision-makers while delivering education on therapy solutions and pathways to reimbursement. You will work to increase utilization and revenue across assigned VA sites, identifying barriers, optimizing workflows, and aligning programs with payer

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, clinical sales, or federal healthcare systems.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and strategically within complex healthcare environments.
• Experience with rehabilitation, pain management, or prosthetics teams is a plus.
• VA experience or established VA relationships preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of healthcare, medical device, or clinical field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive relationship development across VA clinical stakeholders and administrative decision-makers.
• Deliver comprehensive education on therapy solutions and drive adoption and reimbursement navigation.
• Track utilization and contribute to regional and national VA strategy and growth objectives.
• Analyze workflows with clinical and prosthetics teams to optimize VA processes and payer alignment.
• Collaborate with government accounts, contracting, reimbursement, and marketing teams to accelerate growth.
