Job summary

Altivera Medical, Inc. seeks a growth‑oriented leader to combine clinical education, relationship development, and healthcare system strategy with measurable revenue impact within VA networks.

You will build and expand therapy programs, educate clinicians, navigate reimbursement and policy requirements, and drive utilization and prosthetics orders across assigned VA facilities, with travel. This role reports to senior leadership and offers visibility across national VA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, clinical sales, or federal healthcare systems.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and strategically within complex healthcare environments.
• Experience with rehabilitation, pain management, or prosthetics teams is a plus.
• VA experience or established VA relationships preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of healthcare, medical device, or clinical field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand strategic relationships with VA clinical teams, service line leaders, prosthetics departments, and administrative decision-makers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for therapy adoption, reimbursement navigation, and long-term program sustainability within assigned VA sites.
• Provide comprehensive education, demonstrations, and ongoing clinical training on therapy solutions.
• Drive measurable increases in therapy utilization and prosthetics orders across assigned VA facilities.
• Support growth targets through expansion of patient starts and prescribing providers.
• Partner with clinical and prosthetics teams to implement streamlined processes aligned with VA policies.
• Translate regulatory updates and payer changes into actionable field strategies.
• Track adoption trends, utilization barriers, and forecasting input for sales leadership.
• Enable multi-site expansion across VA networks with cross-functional collaboration.
• Local and regional travel to VA facilities and affiliated clinics as required.
