Job summary

Zynex Medical seeks a highly visible, growth-oriented professional to drive clinical education, relationship development, and strategy within the VA healthcare system. The role focuses on building long-term programs that improve patient outcomes while delivering measurable revenue impact.

You will develop strategic relationships with VA clinical teams, lead education on therapy solutions, and push utilization and revenue growth across facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, clinical sales, or federal healthcare systems.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and strategically within complex healthcare environments.
• Experience with rehabilitation, pain management, or prosthetics teams is a plus.
• VA experience or established VA relationships preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years of healthcare/clinical field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive relationship development across VA clinical stakeholders.
• Deliver expert-level clinical & product education.
• Increase therapy utilization & revenue growth across VA facilities.
• Optimize VA workflow & provider efficiency.
• Execute strategies aligned to VAMC payer & organizational objectives.
• Provide data-driven insights & forecasting to sales leadership.
• Enable multi-site expansion across VA networks.
• Role requires local and regional travel to VA facilities.
