Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, clinical sales, or federal healthcare systems.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and strategically within complex healthcare environments.
• Experience with rehabilitation, pain management, or prosthetics teams is a plus.
• VA experience or established VA relationships preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of healthcare, medical device, or clinical field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive relationship development across VA clinical stakeholders and admin decision-makers.
• Deliver expert-level clinical education, demonstrations, and training on therapy solutions.
• Increase therapy utilization and prosthetics orders across assigned VA facilities.
• Optimize workflows with VA teams to improve provider efficiency and payer alignment.
• Translate regulatory updates and payer changes into actionable field strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights, forecasting, and feedback to sales leadership.
• Support multi-site expansion across VA networks and VISN initiatives.
