Job Duck LLC is seeking a motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Legal Assistant to support its growing personal injury practice. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and eager to advance within a high-performing team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM EST. Monthly compensation ranges from 1,220 to 1,320 USD. This role offers the chance to grow into a key contributor within the firm and build a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or similar role in a personal injury law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and related documentation.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and coverage.
• Prepare and send Letters of Representation.
• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters during the pre-litigation phase.
• Prepare and organize documentation for negotiations and potential settlements.
• Provide regular case updates regarding insurance coverage, treatment status, and case developments.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure an excellent client experience.

• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to deadlines and expectations
