Cadmus is seeking a UX Researcher to join one of our federal programs, conducting research and usability studies across commercial and federal projects. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to reveal user needs and improve experiences.

You’ll plan and execute research activities, synthesize insights, and present findings to stakeholders. Join Cadmus to help inform product direction and deliver intuitive, accessible solutions for diverse users in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• BS/MS in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of professional UX research experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust is required.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex research findings and effectively present actionable insights to stakeholders and diverse audiences.
• Experience with diverse UX research tools, remote testing tools, and online collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing end-to-end qualitative and quantitative user research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other research methodologies.
• Ability to select appropriate research methods based on project goals, constraints, and research questions to understand user behaviors, motivations, and needs.
• Thorough and process minded, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple studies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations and strong stakeholder relationships.

• Support stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
• Create research artifacts: personas, journey maps, and reports.
• Partner with design to inform future-state user flows and information architecture.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users.
• Apply research insights to inform product strategy and opportunities.
• Document research and testing with notes, photos, audio, and reports.
• Contribute to best practices and templates for research deliverables.
