Job summary

Megaport seeks a UI/UX Lead for GTM Tools & Systems to translate commercial strategy into a coherent experience across the revenue technology stack. You will design interfaces, define standards, and guide cross-functional teams spanning RevOps, RevTech, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement.

The role focuses on reducing friction, improving data quality, and accelerating technology delivery while enabling commercial teams to focus more on customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design or related enterprise design roles.
• Experience improving complex enterprise workflows in Salesforce Lightning & integrated sales tech.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, prototyping, usability testing, and design systems.
• Experience with CRM integrations, CPQ or quoting workflows, and multi‑application environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of customer-facing sales and commercial functions across brands.
• Lead the experience design of GTM tools and systems, including Salesforce Lightning pages and dashboards.
• Design cohesive experiences across Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and quoting tools.
• Establish a reusable design system and governance for global standards across regions and brands.
• Partner with RevTech and Enablement to optimize end-to-end commercial workflows.
