Job summary

Megaport is seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead for GTM Tools & Systems to translate strategy and user needs into a coherent experience across the revenue technology ecosystem. You will partner with RevOps, RevTech, Sales Leadership, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to establish reusable design standards and guide interface development.

The role aims to reduce friction, improve adoption, and accelerate technology delivery across core and expansion sales motions, brands, and regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience in UX/UI design, enterprise application design, product design, or commercial systems.
• Experience improving complex enterprise workflows in Salesforce Lightning and integrated sales technology environments.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, workflow design, prototyping, usability testing, WCAG accessibility, and design-system development.
• Ability to balance global standardization with regional, product, and role-specific requirements across brands and expansion sales motions.
• Experience establishing design documentation, governance standards, and user guidance.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, CPQ or quoting workflows, sales engagement tools, and multi-application commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of Sales, Channel Teams, SDRs, Sales Management, Customer Success and related commercial roles.
• Map workflows, identify friction, validate improvements via user research, and roadmap prioritized experiences.
• Lead Salesforce Lightning page design, dashboards, navigation, and related documentation.
• Organize information about user roles and commercial motions to improve efficiency across the Sales Journey.
• Design cohesive experiences across Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, quoting tools and partner platforms.
• Define navigation between systems and end-to-end workflows; distinguish improvements from architecture issues.
• Establish and maintain a documented design system with reusable components and templates.
• Prototype, automate, and enable delivery with RevTech, enabling guided sales motions and simplified workflows.
• Act as UX design authority across RevOps, RevTech, leadership, Engineering, Marketing and Enablement.
• Maintain user guidance, workflow documentation, release explanations, and role-based instructions.
