Job summary

Megaport seeks a UI/UX Lead for GTM Tools & Systems to translate commercial strategy and user needs into coherent experiences across the revenue technology ecosystem. The role partners with RevOps, RevTech, Sales Leadership, Engineering, Marketing and Enablement to bridge commercial strategy and technical execution.

The candidate will lead Salesforce Lightning design, establish a reusable design system, and drive end-to-end user journeys across multiple sales tools, portals, and integrations,

Qualifications

• Experience improving complex enterprise workflows in Salesforce Lightning and integrated sales tech environments.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, workflow design, prototyping and usability testing.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility and design-system development.
• Ability to balance global standardization with regional requirements across brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design of GTM tools and systems, including Salesforce Lightning pages and dashboards.
• Define how users navigate between systems and complete end-to-end workflows.
• Establish a reusable, documented design system with components and templates.
• Partner with RevOps, Engineering and Enablement to deliver changes within governance standards.
