Job summary

Megaport is seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead to shape the user experience across GTM tools and systems, including Salesforce Lightning pages, dashboards, and workflows. You will own design standards and drive adoption across Sales, RevOps, and Enablement, ensuring cohesive interfaces for multi-brand and regional needs.

The role requires 4+ years in enterprise UX/UI design, strong information architecture, and a track record of delivering design-system governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX/UI design or equivalent in enterprise environments.
• Experience improving complex enterprise workflows in Salesforce Lightning.
• Strong information architecture and prototyping skills.
• Ability to balance global standardization with regional needs.
• Experience in design-system development and governance.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and multi-application ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience design of GTM tools and systems, including Salesforce Lightning pages and dashboards.
• Define reusable design standards and guide interface development across the revenue tech stack.
• Collaborate with RevOps, RevTech, Sales Leadership, Engineering, Marketing and Enablement.
• Create flow-state user journeys to reduce friction and improve adoption and data quality.
