Job summary

Megaport is seeking an UI/UX Lead for GTM Tools & Systems to translate commercial strategy and user needs into a coherent experience across the revenue technology ecosystem. You will partner with RevOps, RevTech, Sales Leadership, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to set design standards and improve how commercial users access information and complete workflows across core and expansion motions.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in enterprise or commercial systems.
Experience improving complex enterprise workflows in Salesforce Lightning and integrated sales tech environments.
Strong understanding of information architecture, workflow design, prototyping, usability testing, and WCAG accessibility.
Experience establishing design documentation, governance standards, and repeatable delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee commercial UX strategy and user research across brands.
Lead Salesforce Lightning page design, dashboards, and guided workflows; optimize information navigation.
Design cohesive experiences across Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, quoting tools, and customer portals.
Establish a reusable design system and governance to standardize experiences globally or by brand/region.
