Sentry is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging, modern learning journeys that empower associates and drive business outcomes. You'll apply performance-based learning, UX methodologies, and multimedia assets across modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Experience Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, storyboards and instructional script writing techniques.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and integrating with LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of contemporary adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Ability to write instructional text and media scripts; strong visual design skills.
• Proficiency with video/audio creation and editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to assess needs and define performance-based objectives.
• Design and develop engaging experiences across modalities: e-learning, live training, simulations, blended programs, and performance support.
• Apply UX principles and learning technology to ensure transfer to on-the-job performance.
• Create multimedia content: storyboards, scripts, visuals, e-learning, videos, and assessments.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies and evaluate impact with data-driven analytics.
• Stay current with industry trends and contribute to innovative learning approaches.
