Job summary

Sentry Insurance Agency is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging, innovative learning experiences that empower associates and drive business outcomes. You will combine performance-based learning, UX design, and modern technologies to build holistic learning journeys that support ongoing development and performance.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, design across modalities including e-learning and live sessions, and apply analytics to measure impact and inform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred in Learning Experience Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Experience designing and implementing learning solutions using rapid prototyping, storyboards, and instructional scripts.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and LMS integration.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Ability to write instructional text and media scripts; storyboard and produce graphics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct needs assessments and define performance-based learning objectives.
• Design and develop learner-centric experiences across e-learning, live sessions, simulations, and blended programs.
• Apply UX principles and learning technologies to optimize effectiveness and transfer to on-the-job performance.
• Create multimedia-rich learning materials (storyboards, scripts, videos, assessments) aligned with brand standards.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies and evaluate impact with data analytics to drive improvements.
