Qualifications

• Proven experience designing modern learning experiences leveraging technology to create meaningful, learner-centered interactions.
• Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and cognitive science.
• Expertise in authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced fluency using AI tools to accelerate design, content development, analysis, or learner experience creation.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI thoughtfully and responsibly to support design research, content generation, rapid prototyping, or personalization at scale.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop polished, cohesive learning experiences applying visual design principles, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
• Explore and apply AI-powered workflows to speed, quality, personalization, and innovation in learning design.
• Design, test, and refine AI-enabled learning solutions and contribute to intelligent assistants or agents.
• Use iterative design and rapid prototyping to clarify requirements and adapt solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in Storyline, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Lead design and development of complex projects with Curriculum Managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy.
