Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging, learner-centered solutions across e-learning, live facilitated sessions, and immersive simulations. You will partner with subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and design holistic learning journeys aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include applying UX principles, creating multimedia assets, and leading projects with Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Experience designing and implementing learning solutions using rapid prototyping and storyboards.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and LMS integration.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Ability to write instructional text and media scripts; strong visual design skills.
• Proficient in current instructional design tools and multimedia creation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess needs and define performance-based objectives.
• Design and develop learner-centric experiences across e-learning, live training, simulations, blended programs, and performance support systems.
• Apply UX principles and learning technology to ensure effective transfer to on-the-job performance.
• Create visually appealing, multimedia-rich learning materials (storyboards, scripts, visuals, videos, assessments).
• Manage projects with Agile methods; deliver on time and within budget; measure impact with data analytics.
• Stay current with learning trends and actively contribute to innovation and peer reviews.
