Sentry is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging, effective learning experiences that empower associates and drive business outcomes.

You will apply performance-based learning, UX, and modern tech to create holistic learning journeys, partnering with SMEs to assess needs and deliver impactful, on-brand solutions. Hybrid work, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Learning Experience Design or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, storyboards and instructional script writing techniques.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and integrating with LMS platforms.
• Proficient writing, editing, and proofreading learning content.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and define performance-based learning objectives.
• Design and develop engaging learner-centric experiences across e-learning, live facilitated learning, simulations, blends, and performance support.
• Apply UX principles and learning technology to ensure transfer to on-the-job performance.
• Create multimedia content including storyboards, scripts, visuals, videos, and assessments.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies and evaluate impact with data analytics.
