Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft innovative learning experiences that empower our associates and drive business outcomes. You will apply performance-based learning, UX design, and modern technologies to develop holistic learning journeys aligned with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with SMEs, design across modalities, and manage projects with Agile methodologies while evaluating impact with data analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in LXD, ID, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
Experience designing and implementing learning solutions with rapid prototyping and scripting.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools and LMS integration.
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to assess needs and define performance-based objectives.
Design and develop engaging, learner-centric experiences across modalities (e-learning, live, simulations, blended programs).
Apply UX principles and learning technology to ensure transfer to on-the-job performance.
Create multimedia-rich learning materials (storyboards, scripts, visuals, videos, assessments).
Manage projects with Agile methodologies and measure impact with data analytics.
