Sedgwick is seeking a UX Designer – Sedgwick AI to shape intuitive, human-centered AI experiences across enterprise systems. You will translate Generative AI, LLM-powered tools, and conversational interfaces into practical designs for colleagues and clients.

The role collaborates across AI architects, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver usable, trustworthy AI experiences with strong governance and adoption focus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in UX design, HCI, or related field required.
Seven years of related UX design experience, with focus on AI-enabled products or enterprise platforms.
Experience designing for Generative AI, conversational interfaces, copilots, and data-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy and design for AI-enabled products and workflows.
Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and usability flows.
Collaborate with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into usable experiences.
Design conversational interfaces, prompts, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
Ensure AI designs are accessible, explainable, and governance-ready.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs and adoption barriers.
