Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in UX/Design or related field required.
7+ years in UX design, with AI-enabled product experience preferred.
Experience designing for Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy and design for AI-enabled products and workflows.
Design for Generative AI, conversational AI, copilots, and AI-assisted tools.
Collaborate with AI architects, engineers, and stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into user-centered designs.
Develop user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and usability flows.
Ensure transparency, explainability, and governance in AI experiences.
Support governance, adoption, and design standards across AI solutions.
