Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an experienced UX AI Designer to shape human-centered AI experiences across enterprise systems. You will lead UX strategy for AI-enabled tools, collaborate with AI architects and engineers, and translate complex AI capabilities into accessible, scalable designs.

You will develop journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring usability, explainability, and adoption. A strong background in UX, AI interaction, and governance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX-related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in UX/product design; 3+ years with AI-enabled products.
• Experience with Generative AI, conversational interfaces, automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products.
• Design UX for Generative AI platforms, chat-based interfaces, and agentic AI tools.
• Collaborate with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into user-centered designs.
• Develop journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes and usability flows.
• Design conversational and prompt-based experiences, including prompts and escalation paths.
• Apply human-centered design to ensure transparency, trust, and adoption; minimize friction.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with data/analytics/engineering teams to align designs with data and context.
• Supports enterprise AI governance experiences and design standards across platforms.
