Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a UX AI Designer to shape intuitive, human-centered AI experiences across enterprise systems. You will translate Generative AI capabilities into usable interfaces, collaborating with AI architects, product owners, and engineering teams to drive transformation and adoption.

You will lead the design of AI-enabled platforms, copilots, and workflow automations, ensuring usability, governance, and measurable impact across the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design or related field required
Seven years of related experience in UX design or human-centered design
Experience with AI-enabled products, enterprise platforms, or transformational initiatives
Experience with Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and automation tools

Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products and workflows
Design UX for Generative AI platforms, chat-based interfaces, and copilots
Translate AI capabilities into practical user-centered designs across enterprise systems
Develop user journeys, personas, service blueprints, and wireframes
Collaborate with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure design excellence
