Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an experienced UX AI Designer to lead user experience design for AI-enabled products within the Transformation Office. You will translate Generative AI capabilities into accessible, scalable experiences across enterprise systems, partnering with AI architects, product owners, and engineering teams.

The role requires strong expertise in UX methods, research, and design systems, with a focus on explainability, trust, and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in UX or related field is required.
Seven+ years of UX/design experience, with at least three years on AI-enabled platforms.
Experience designing for enterprise platforms and complex workflows.
Experience with Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and AI-enabled solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products and platforms.
Design user experiences for Generative AI platforms, copilots, and chat interfaces.
Collaborate with AI architects, engineers, and stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into usable designs.
Create user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
Develop conversational prompts, flows, and escalation paths with human-in-the-loop considerations.
Ensure designs are transparent, explainable, and governance-friendly.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify adoption barriers and opportunities.
Partner with data, analytics, and platform teams to align design with data and context.
