Job summary
Sedgwick is seeking an experienced UX Designer – Sedgwick AI to shape intuitive AI-powered experiences across enterprise systems. You will partner with AI architects, product owners, and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, user-centered designs that drive transformation.
The role requires strong UX method skills, experience with Generative AI, and a proven ability to lead design across platforms, workflows, and governance considerations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design or related field required.
- Seven years of related experience in UX design or human-centered design.
- Experience with AI-enabled products and enterprise platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products.
- Design for Generative AI platforms, copilots, and conversational interfaces.
- Translate AI capabilities into user-centered designs for enterprise systems.
- Develop journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes.
- Ensure designs are transparent, explainable, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI architects and engineers.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs and opportunities.
- Create design standards and reusable patterns for enterprise AI.
